As Theodore Diehl has responded already, my comments are a little
redundant, but this is what I know of RM operations over the past few months. I apologise for being late - I have been in transit now for about 48 hours across the globe.
Unfortunately your RM010 went in at a particular bad point in the year. Not only was it Christmas/New Year, but also SIHH. In short, watchmakers were not on Christmas break, but busy getting new models and prototypes ready. Not an excuse, just as it is.
3 to 4 months is usual for a service, unless you are a concern like Rolex. That time would be extended because of the prep for SIHH and the festive season.
Theodore Diehl has now emailed you, so from here on in, you are in good hands.
Thanks
Andrew H
