Ha good question

I tend to use Luminar 4 most followed by PhotoShop followed by basic editing as it comes with Apple OS (pretty good I must say) or IOS (pretty basic features only)

Reason I use Luminar 4 is that I find the interface relatively easy and intuitive. In addition it doesn’t “over edit” provided modify their existing looks to more realistic levels (or create your own looks which turned out to be really straight forward)

But all in all I tend to only edit my photos very lightly. Crop and cut, straighten it out, occasionally change LUT to better express what I saw (but in general nikon color schemes work well)

I have not touched subjects like layers or masks. Am reading up on those to first figure out what the heck layers and masks actually are haha
