I am leaning towards the 5130P and 6119G myself, but that changes on a day-to-day basis. While I can pick up the 6119G at a discount if I go used/grey-market, I wonder if it's worth the extra money to build on a patek relations which I don't currently have. Size is always a matter of personal preference. For my 17,5 cm wrist the 37mm of the 5110P feels just perfect. I recently checked a 5130R which imho was a bit too big for me. Maybe due to the long lugs.
