Wow, what a choice!
Obviously this is something only you can decide, as both options are fantastic watches and both are completely wonderful for very different reasons.
You really can't do much better than a GF from a finishing and execution point of view, and of course a minute repeater world timer from PP is no joke either and tugs at the most traditional heart strings. If the plan is to keep the watch, without seeing both in person, I'd probably go with the PP (I'm surprising myself here) as I think it's something you could wear forever. The GF is a technical masterpiece, but just not something I'd wear regularly from a design/size perspective.

The reason would be that it would be my grail watch. As a watch collector i love every watch that i own and use every watch that i own. Some watches might mean more because they have been bought for a special occasion

Simply no comparison. GF is the pinnacle of watch making. I have both the GMT and GMT Earth variations of GF. The wrist presence is massive and the watch is a pure work of art.

PP is a amazing and beautiful brand but my absolute grail watch is the GF GMT 👌🏻😘 I do like all Greubel Forsey watches but this one is top imho (Watch not mine ,yet!! ) ...
They are actually exactly the same
The GF shows that it is an automat in the dial. The Patek shows it on the back. Patek has possibly got a better value in the future but the GF is more of an automat.

Definitely GF in every other respect. Who cares if the GF is a little bit larger.

GF usually for quality, but Patek quality at this level is very very good. So it's really down to subjective preferences and which complication you prefer. But movement wise the GF is prettier.
