Patek Philippe

When I first saw this watch...

...I went 'wow'!
The reason for the 'wow' was instantaneous. I didn't stare at the watch yet, nor did I have a close-up look. What triggered the 'wow' was the immediate overall look, the color (btw, you didn't mention that the leather strap is also in blue smile ), the brushed metal looking dial, the spaciousness of the dial, the simplicity of the dial layout that tells so much in such a clean design.

You are able to see the day, date and month instantaneously through the 3 small windows.
The 5235 does this without using 3 sub-dials to give the dial a very clean look.

The minutes on the dial has been spread out to the outer-most diameter of the dial, again, giving the dial a very clean look by not condensing the minute markers closely and tightly.
Telling the time is not difficult at all. You simply look at the top sub-dial and the long blue minute hand. I actually find time-telling much clearer than a normal watch.
Even if I did find time telling a little more difficult in the beginning, It just allows me to stare and admire the dial a little longer each time I need to read the time.

I'm also glad this watch was not offered in bracelet as the blue leather strap just adds so much more character. Its only a small detail to have the leather strap in dark blue, (it looks black indoors) but it made such a big difference in the Regulaters overall look.

The sapphire-glass back lets me admire the gorgeous caliber everytime before I strap this beauty on.

Personally, I think this is a very handsome watch and ever since I saw it, tried it, bought it and wore it, my love for this watch has not dipped a single bit!
