Definitely, RHs need to be fully appreciated in person, much more than other watches, but they are hard to come by! The "School of fish" is totally breathtaking for its choice of colors and tridimensional effect....Here's a few archive shots ;-) Cheers.

I do wear them all, though they are clearly very far from a daily choice (not practical, besides some obvious safety concerns). I would say they are my go-to pieces for special occasions, on top of course of most Patek-sponsored events :-)

Is your dentist a RH collector too? 😉

He has a good Rolex collection (between him and his kids), but no Rare Handcrafts :-) Of course I know many of the good local collectors, and some have terrific pieces...but none is applying for my Rare Handcrafts! ;-))

Safely resting in the vault ?!

Yep, I keep watches in a few different banks and today by chance I was visiting this one, so I had to say hi to the "School of fish"! ;-)) (The strap is unchanged, it is the original blue one that came with it.)

That’s cool. Not many banks in this part of the world provide vaults

I guess I'm lucky that I live in a city with many banks just a short drive away that provide safes -- even if I live in a reasonably safe neighborhood, it would be unthinkable to keep watches at home in Italy... ;-)

We have other private vault providers in the capital which I use. Very similar service to the banks

Thank you Azizu ! I changed to a PP alligator blue strap about 4 months ago. It seems to hold well. The brown strap came with the watch and it lost the gloss almost straightaway.
