I do wear them all, though they are clearly very far from a daily choice (not practical, besides some obvious safety concerns). I would say they are my go-to pieces for special occasions, on top of course of most Patek-sponsored events :-)
Wearing it at the dentist's was definitely atypical, but there was a reason for it -- he happens to be the best friend of my local AD and had missed all other chances to view it, so I wanted to surprise him one day... Besides that he's a very funny guy, it's always have a good relationship with your dentist! ;-)))

I’ve not seen a single 2020 RH in real life to truly appreciate how wonderful they are. I think for a fair few, myself included, the only way to see these works of art is to attend the exhibition. I suppose there are aptly named “rare” for a reason!! ...
Definitely, RHs need to be fully appreciated in person, much more than other watches, but they are hard to come by! The "School of fish" is totally breathtaking for its choice of colors and tridimensional effect....Here's a few archive shots ;-) Cheers.
