Tiffany printing is purely a matter of taste.
According to Tiffany, they are allowed to put their logo to all other Pateks except Grand Complications. Still they sometimes, "by accident", print also the Grand Complication; mostly perpetual calendars.
Some people like Tiffany logo and are willing to pay more. But does Tiffany logo influence to the value - I do not see how.
I have 5167A with Tiffany dial and I enjoy it because it reminds me about our nice trip to Hawaii from where I bought the watch.

You mention 2 additional important factors in addition to the aesthetic value (or not) of having co-branding. One, exclusivity. Take 5711/1A, relatively (to demand) low productions then add Tiffany" and it is far more exclusive. An extreme example of this...
I've heard not much at the boutique.
However, yes it's a matter of taste. I was told the higher end complications will not have this because there simply is not enough room on the dials too.
No real value on modern Pateks
As anyone can take their watch purchased from Tif and get it printed on dial. Thus can easily be common. On vintage timepieces it could add value.
No added value for me.
Some like it, but for me it's a deal breaker. Don't care for the co-branding at all.
