I get it. They have very different vibes, platinum and black dial, yg and white dial. Very nice combo. If I had to pick one likely the P for versatility and that it's platinum. Otherwise that J is really top class too!

I could get into deeper trouble😂but I will do my best to resist. But if I were to add a third one, it would be most likely the G. For me the yellow has a warm vintage feel …. classy while the P is bold sporty and daring.
It’s good to have both
That way, when you send one in for service, you won’t miss it as much. 😆 The white dial is a bit more legible in my opinion, but I have always liked black dialed watches so my answer is again, both. 😁
I personally like the J a lot better,
as it’s so full of life and light, and as I’m not fond of white metals nor of black dials. And, as I love the warmth of rose gold, I think I would also enjoy the R very much, even if it might be a kind of heresy to many seasoned collectors. As for the 597...

And Wei Koh's bespoke chocolate dial version is quite attractive. But the regular J or R remain by far my personal favorite. Imho, opening the J, though double-sealed, was a great decision: wearing this piece must be an absolute pleasure!

Somewhat to my surprise, because I’m not usually a colored metal fan, I prefer the J for its legibility and vintage vibe. Both are terrific.

Also, the same can apply to items other than watches.
If I remember correctly you have an incredible trio of platinum black dials - 3970, 5970 and 5004. I think each 5970 variant is significantly different
from the others. Same goes for 5070s . Can’t go wrong with any variants of these Lemania based watches.
