Sticky Date Again!? On a Newer model?

Great looking watch.

After reading that this happened on a white dial 5711 in particular, I am left highly disappointed. It seems that despite having plenty of time and this being such a well known issue--Patek has not taken appropriate action to fix the problem.

It is bad enough when an older stock 5711, 6167, or other model with the same movement with date feature has the well known sticky date problem. In this case the watch is the 5711 which came out way after the sticky date issue was well known to Patek and its clients--which makes it so much worse.

So the big question is: Why has Patek not bothered to fix this?

Is it:
1. They simply have bad quality control?
2. The movement has a minor flaw in design that can't be addressed?
3. There is a flaw in design that makes it only possible to correct the problem after the movement has run for a certain amount of time?
4. They are mating old movements to the white dial and not bothering to fix them but have fixed the issue on new movement?

It is highly concerning that they can't sort out a problem with such a simple movement and frankly makes me reluctant to purchase a modern Patek with a more serious complication. I am a big fan of the brand--but this is nearing the territory of something that cannot be overlooked.
