As far as the explanation, sure I was curious. But if they gave me a written thorough explanation of the root cause and how they fixed it or they just say they corrected the problem under the warranty, it would not matter as long as it does not happen again. It it continues to happen and I am not under warranty it would be a big problem. Explanation or no explanation. 

For now, it is all good. My watch is back and it seems to be working fine.
