I asked for it because I was curious to see what parts they had fixed. I am aware about the sticky date issue others have experienced and was hoping for an explanation but the service papers just said that it had been fully serviced without further information.
So it shall remain a mystery for the time being.

When i sent my 5712 under warranty coverage for a problem to the push corrector of the date change they sent back it with a complete and detailed report (after "just" 11 months). Maybe do everyone at PP assistence decide what they want depending on the hu...

I had the same problem
with my 5167. Sent it in and was back within 6 weeks with no explanation what work had been done but I've had no more sticking date.
