Simple, but...
For me the relatively easy answer is: 5711/1a in blue dial, even with that date window and the 324SC. The P is glorious; but for me, the essence of this watch is the evolved original. (The white dial model isn't as attractive to me.) I haven't seen the 5711 in rose gold but while I'm not much of a gold wearer, the pictures Fx recently posted did have me drooling just a little bit!
I have great admiration, too, for the 3712/5712, in steel and gold, bracelet and strap, and sometimes I waver between 5711 and 5712. Oh, cal. 240...I do prefer it to the 324.
The 5726 doesn't attract me in the same way (and of the 5726 models I prefer the white dial, oddly enough); nor does the new 5990, though I'm fond of the old 5980, even if it doesn't fit my wrist very well.

if we can choice among the total production ideally my favorite is the 3700, 2nd the 3712 and 3rd 5712. practically the 5712 ranks 1st
I love the 5711/1A too E.

Kept R but not A
I wanted one in each metal and the thinner on bracelet. So decided to have 5712a/5980r as opposed to 5712r/5980a or which I find equally nice visually. If I was to add a Nautilus it would likely be a black or white dial piece ideally with a different move...
