For me the relatively easy answer is: 5711/1a in blue dial, even with that date window and the 324SC. The P is glorious; but for me, the essence of this watch is the evolved original. (The white dial model isn\'t as attractive to me.) I haven\'t seen the ...

as it is a gorgeous reference. Quite heavy but so beautiful with its dark brown dial. You have a great Nautilus collection James, congratulations. Would it be possible to have a picture of your 5235 on the grey Nato strap? I'm curious to see how it looks....

as my first Patek due to it's "hard to get", long waiting list etc reasons....but then after I tried it on, I think it's a little too thin while the 5980 is too thick for me. Therefore, I went with the 5726, a good balance in between, with a nice annual c...

Personally I think they both fit your wrist very well!

I'm not really in a hurry to buy one this beauty, desire emphasizes the following possession

3700 and 3710 are the true nautilus.

Looking forward to seeing what you end up getting. You can\'t really go wrong with any one in my opinion. My personal preference would be to have room for a lot of Nautiluses like some of our fellow Purists... But I am very happy with my 2 for now. The 57...

I have the 5711 white dial and love it and look forward to one day adding a 5712. Although I also really love the 5980 in Blue or White, they are both beautiful in their own way. The Blue has an amazing contrast of colors and the White I just find really ...

I went for the 5712A, just got mine before Christmas. I love it – so thin. Nautiluses are best in steel, the 5711A may be too simple, the 5980A may be too bulky for my wrist although it will still be one of my choices; but the 5712A is just right for me. ...

I love the R version too! But that's a tough call. Would I ever add an R and keep the A.... Good question. They are the same but so different. Honestly I couldn't give you an answer about that now. This option will be in my mind for a long long time ;-) M... 

I wanted one in each metal and the thinner on bracelet. So decided to have 5712a/5980r as opposed to 5712r/5980a or which I find equally nice visually. If I was to add a Nautilus it would likely be a black or white dial piece ideally with a different move...

Great choice, I think that the 5980A is a Patek classic. Yours look mint - is it pre-owned or you managed to find a new one left at an AD? Best.

Thank you! I found it pre owned but from somebody who didn't wear it and kept it in very good condition. Unfortunately I didn't get it cheap. But I got it good As the saying goes: The quality will remain long after the price is forgotten. ;-) I have to be...
