When are we getting that? The 215 is 22mm only! Does not fit the case of many 37 38 39mm Calatravas very well, allowing Patek to get smoked by Lange on the manual wind classics. So when do we see this? (everyone had hoped for a modern version of the 9 90 ...

Turnaround times are increasing for service in the U.S. (maybe elsewhere). I think we are at like 5 months or so. We know some of this has to do with there not being enough qualified matchmakers, but do we see this situation getting worse in the future an... 

Their plans to address this problem which has certainly been a source of irritation and disbelief for the past couple of years ... for a lot of folks.

Do a better job and make sure watch is working fine befor sending back to customer. My 5016P went in three times My 5961P went it two times My 5160J went it one time, now retrograde date is not working fine.

That's really poor, I am sorry to hear this. My service experiences with them, other than the lengthy waits, have been very good.

Retrograde date is always a problem. I don't why Patek doesn't test it before hand over to customer.

It stops me from buying anymore complicate repeater because poor service quality. I complained to service manager and he tried to ignore the problem. I have to contact someone else to get the service manager attention to fix my 5016P.

Any Patek owner to have experiences such as this is uncalled for, this kind of response/behavior is inappropriate. And, look at the result, loyal and true Patek owners are, I'm sure, looking elsewhere or certainly thinking about it. This area is the found...
