I thought the same thing, but you beat me to the punch. I would guess 40 years ago the ave. watch was est. 33mm. I am not the anatomy expert, but to please our egos, etc. lets say our wrists are 5% bigger. Based upon human anatomy alone, that would put current production at 35mm watches. At 39mm's, who would have thought we are over 15% bigger in these 40 years. A little scary to think what we will look like before the turn of the next century.

Do a better job and make sure watch is working fine befor sending back to customer. My 5016P went in three times My 5961P went it two times My 5160J went it one time, now retrograde date is not working fine.

That's really poor, I am sorry to hear this. My service experiences with them, other than the lengthy waits, have been very good.

Retrograde date is always a problem. I don't why Patek doesn't test it before hand over to customer.
Upset
It stops me from buying anymore complicate repeater because poor service quality. I complained to service manager and he tried to ignore the problem. I have to contact someone else to get the service manager attention to fix my 5016P.
This is precisely why this question is so important.
