One of my friends fell literally in love with this watch, he called many official AD and since he isn't a Patek Customer, I think his chance is close to nothing. The waiting list is getting really crazy about this model.
He should make an important step in his career in September and will be very happy if he could find one in an official store. He can flight anywhere in Europe to pick up the watch

The London Boutique has closed its list for 5167 as it has a 5 years waiting time if purchased from them. You never know though, you may find one at an AD. Good luck

If he is willing to pay an extra $5,000 then he can probably find the 5167 on bracelet easier.
I called my AD and asked to be put on the list and they had an unclaimed 5167/1A. He said I could have that one.
It is easy you just order the rubber strap and the deployant which will cost $1,700. The AD will change it for you.
The only problem is that you are paying $24,000 for a $19,000 watch. Nobody wants the $3,000 bracelet.
