Isn't he referring to the fact that even though it's the same Ref. 5960, the A model doesn't have the indexes at 10 and 2 o'clock (as its predecessor model had)?
In my opinion....
The 5070G doesn't have a lot of competition that is equally attractive, whereas the 5960A has a hell of a lot of sports chrono competition that are, in my opinion, even better executed........
Filip, you’re right that there are lots of sports chronos, but…
…not so many with: - flyback chronograph; - annual calendar; and - power reserve indicator. The 5960 is pretty special, particularly with the first Patek automatic chronograph movement. All the best, Jon
