Most of the times we know which new watches will be made. Or at least we get info on forums like these Now, this one ?? A 5235 white gold annual calendar regulator ---- never seen or even heard of it untill half an hour ago This was in the new Patek magaz...  

I've not heard of this watch nor have I received my magazine! Not immediately attractive to me (personally averse to off-center labels) but like much with Patek, it needs to be seen in person no doubt. best, Hugh

Interesting new movement. I always liked micro-rotor automatics so I'm finding that I'm actually staring at the picture of the new movement rather than the pictures of the dial. But I rarely like regulators and this one is not particularly appeasing to my...

My retailer told me, the 5235 will be presented on the 22nd and he got me a first (and probably not exact) estimate on the price, which will be around SFR 44.000.

I am not a big fan of the sector dials on the new larger watches. But I will have to it in the flesh to really know.

Thats a nice looking dial, but the hands are really not to my taste. Surely PP could have come up with something more elegant for such a beautiful dial. Rishad

Had a Patek World Time for years (240 mvt) and it wound fine.

I have a 3940 with mini rotor and it runs perfectly. I find this mini rotor very attractive. It is a well working solution that is different. Differentiation is what I am looking for. Thomas...

This particular criticism of the mini-rotor is nonsensical and uninformed. firstly, separate the issue of efficiency of wind from power: once the rotor powers the spring, its job is done. If you're worried about the ability of the watch powering complicat...
