Patek Philippe

Interesting idea, techniec!

I have to say, I'm becoming more and more fond of tourbillons.

I think your idea would be a good and unconventional move by Patek.

But the watch would have to be suitable for everyday use (robust construction of the Tourbillon and case, appropriate WR etc.). With my Hautlence Linear 2 Tourbillon I'm currently having the great experience of having a sporty watch with the appropriate water resistance that you can do all sorts of things with.

I also don't think it's true that a tourbillon only makes sense in pocket watches.

My personal experience is that if you take off a watch that has a 72-hour power reserve for two or three days, for example, lying the watch on the side, the tourbillon makes a lot of sense. Both of my tourbillon watches (GP and Hautlence) have excellent accuracy in this way.

One watch that fascinates me a lot in this area (not a Nautilus ☺️) is the BP FF. An unconventional thing and therefore something very fascinating for me. And robust, too (including WR 300m).
