but I must say that in some parts of the world, the ADs are the ones that have the client assets. Hence, it is very hard to unlist an AD and create something from scratch or try to open a deal with a new existing AD that is not as known and famous among the right client target.
I don't know how it would really work. I imagine than the current around 400 retailers (which were already downsized these last few years) are already selected based on some specific criteria. Hence, choosing another one instead means accepting a few downgrade. Is the travel box issue worth it? I'm not so sure but that's just my opinion.
As Kari said, especially today since the market is not doing as good as before.
Again, travel box or not, that only plays on the "image" of the watch you see on the net and adds a little premium to the reselling price. Not that a problem for a brand imho, especially considering what a change of retailer can imply.
