Patek Philippe: These are definitely wearable.

I have the 5496P-001, the dates are not raised and no bi-color dual/markers. This is one of my daily watches, along with a 5960/1A that I have changed to a strap.

Patek Philippe: Were there bodyguards present at the GTG? 🤣

Wow! This is amazing. I don’t think there had ever been more WTs in one place ever. Nice post, Gordon.

Patek Philippe: Hahaha, WH, Gordon and I are good friends. I am just giving him a hard time!

I am one of the exceptions because I don’t have a Rolex collection. I have 1 Rolex in my watch collection. It was my father’s Rolex when he bought it while he was young. It will remain forever in my collection!

Patek Philippe: I personally think...

you should of been kicked out of the Patek GTG for wearing a Rolex. hahaha! Great spotting the differences! I look forward for you to find out how they are made different.

Patek Philippe: Wow! What a lovely set and story about your father!

I would like to know if you know why the ruby 5971 is the only one with a red counter hand? Is it a different series comparing to the other 3?

Patek Philippe: Love the in-depth review of the watch!

I would agree the price point of the watch is accessible, however, allocation is not! So, the conclusion is that this is an “inaccessible” piece! 🤣🤣🤣

Patek Philippe: Lovely 2 piece collection

IMHO, I think you made the perfect choice! This is definitely the 2 I would have over the original 4 pieces. Congrats!!!
