I would look for something different
I own a 3712, wich I like a lot. It is different in many details and it is the "old" nautilus style. I remember that I paid the same amount then, like you have to pay for a 5711 today! I would go for another style or movement, if I already would call a 5712 my own. Just my 2 cents.

3712 is equipped with exhibition case back. However, this watch is opened from the shoulders like the original 3700. Best, Kari
