I think it is what a brand should always offer

 

a way to satisfy clients requests on such subjects without arguing on dealing with issues that can arise here and then. Patek handles this very well and and it is far to be a general behavior.


However, if I wear you, I would also have sent the watch for a last try (I imagine if it was my 5712 for instance) but I would be very "disappointed" if the watch doesn't come back perfect the next time I get it.

I hope it will be the final chapter as well smile
