I heard some rumors regarding 5960a w/ white dial.

Seen couple weeks ago back in December last yr, says that patek is discontinuing 5960 white dial.
Has anyone heard something similar?
Sourced from a collector on instagram. Still I can see it on pp website also I just paid a visit to the ad before Christmas and they have it.
Mainly want to confirm the rumor since the collector who claimed so had some 20k followers and has some serious pieces which makes it somewhat convincing. But still discontinuing such hot model which was just released 2014 is a very absurd act on patek's end imo. I would be more convinced if there's a rumor out there saying 5711 blue dial is discountinued comparing to this one, anyways please share your views and I look forward to learn some more insights.

Some of the brand new 5960/1A are going for a big discount here in the UK. Good pre-owned examples are going for 25% less. I think it might be the bracelet that has divided the opinions. I guess we'll find out what happens to these pieces in a few years.
