I am embarrassed to say that I have never worn the watch.
The bracelet was cut for a wrist slimmer than mine by the previous owner.
I keep it because it is beautiful and I do not have the heart to part with it although I do not use it.
Also I keep it to inspire me to lose weight in the hope that I would be able to wear it.
As for the dial, this is a watch that had originally been retailed by Beyer. In times past, some retailers were allowed to include their names on the dials. Such as Tiffany or Gobbi or Serpico y Laino.
As for cost of service, it was about Sing$2,000. I do not know if it had been serviced before as I am not the first owner but if it was, certainly not serviced at Patek as they had no record of it.

Shouldn’t be an issue typically
The most common issues that arise if you never service it: gaskets dry out and crack. Lubricants become gummy and slow mechanisms. I’m sure others here know far more, but those are the general problems

you can use a wide felt tip pen on the yellow gold case
where you can check for any-'cracks' in the case. the ink will show up any cracks-use a black felt tip pen.

One of the distinctive features of the 3445 is the very sharp pointed bevel on the top of the lugs. When a 3445 is polished the top of the lugs tends to become more rounded
and for me that greatly diminishes what made the 3445 special. Perhaps Patek can polish it in a way that avoids this pitfall. Perhaps not. I would proceed with caution if you are thinking of polishing this watch.
