Hmm, I can't wait to see it in person...
Admittedly, I was skeptical when I saw this watch debuted at Basel. The blacked-outlined hands give it a very modern touch (first seen on the Rolex Explorer II and Patek Philippe 5270G) that I was a bit unaccustomed to. Furthermore, I really liked the gray dialed 5726A on the supplied black rubber strap already. Thus, I thought this watch was a curiosity.
But your insightful commentary has increased my curiosity even more.

.. darker dials tend to make a watch look smaller. Clear dials makes a watch feel bigger... So this white dial, so luminous, makes it feel like "really present" on the wrist. I had the 5726A, but got bored of it very very quickly. Too sober, chic, classy,...
