IMHO, the cause is the buyer - yes, us! Collectors or purchasers or whatever you call it, still pay the price no matter what. If they/you/we stop buying and start selling altogether, the price increase might stop. But it is not likely, fortunately or unfortunately. That may be one of the reasons why people are attracted to PP. Again, IMVHO
