Hope your wife, and possibly you, get better soon. My son had it right after Christmas and it was over in a few days. The quarantine was the toughest part. Thankfully the vaccine seems to lessen the severity and keeps most out of the hospital. Good luck.

A bit sad for us here as my wife tested POSITIVE for COVID yesterday afternoon so most likely got it from her colleagues at work 🀦😬. I just took a PCR test and waiting for the results myself. So Jesse J looks like she wants to comfort me a bit 🀞🀞 What is ...

Wish you both a speedy recovery

Hope it’s relatively pain and ache free. It’s annoying that the vaccines aren’t very effective in protecting.

Even greater news!

I got it, recovered in a few days, and my wife didn't get it. And I'm old (and so is she). Apparently this current version is a clone of the real thing [which is now going to be out of stock for a few years; there's a waiting list] Cazalea

I'm sorry Justin and here is to a speedy recovery for your wife..

In an endemic this is where you want to be. Although more contagious it is less lethal. Unfortunately, I don't think COVID is going anywhere but it will probably become as common as the cold. My 5 year old daughter and I got it over Christmas break. She h...

Speedy recovery! And good that you didn’t get it!as for the vaccines and booster I got all of those and still got it. The only

Difference is that it’s milder form. I guess patek gives a good protection also. We should all have 2 watches and a booster watch just in caseπŸ˜‰

Best wishes to your wife recovery Justin and hope you test negative! This will likely be a situation many of us will go through in the coming months...

I have had friends who got the latest variant with minimal impact and others which had to go to the hospital - both in their early 40s! My understanding of the point of the vaccination is to minimize hospitalisation and negative effects when we do catch t...

Sorry to read this news…at least regarding your wife. I hope you both remain well, overall.

Two friends and colleagues of mine have contracted COVID in the last 10 days. They have both experienced fatigue, and some other flu-like symptoms. They seem to be bouncing back okay. All the best β€” be patient and get some rest!

Speedy recovery. I am back to working on my tan.

While I didn’t feel awesome for a few days I never felt like I was on death’s doorstep. My biggest complaint is that I only have about 70 percent of my sense of smell. For the record, I recently achieved a β€œ5- handle” in the age department and I’m NOT vac...

Apparently cats and dogs can catch COVID and spread COVID? Or so I'm told by the news (who knows what is accurate these days). Might need to keep the animals quarantined from her too unfortunately.

Best wishes for your wife.

The point of the vaccines is to reduce the spread and more importantly the severity of the virus. You wife may be more Ill had she have not had the jab so fingers crossed. I do understand your frustration though. My other half had it and I didn’t so maybe...

Very frustrating predicament for many, and can certainly empathise with your situation. I am hopeful things will improve in 2022, and governments will realise that Covid and all its current/future variants are impossible to completely eradicate. Guideline...
