Yup I think I’ve been on that list for 5 years now. It’s almost comical at this point. Oh well no harm no foul to be on the list. At MSRP I’m in, at ridiculous second hand prices count me out. When they contacted me about my 38mm resonance for an exhibition I wanted to write I regret to inform you that watch is in a safe to which I forgot the code, maybe next year I will remember the code😉
When was the last time you visited their showroom? And the time before that? i know you must go often....
Someone said FPJ likes when you visit them often, that's why i never bothered trying. Love your resonance!
Look at the plus side, they let you know you now have funds availability for the MB&F Sequential and/or Perpetual. Odds are you already have one and enjoying Tribe benefits. Max sends out incredibly fun gifts. 
What other watch makers are you on wait for, Kari V, RR? FYI on another board, a guy got a FPJ Black without even asking for it. There is FPJ availability, be patient and get something fun for the holidays. Maybe you'll get a call for a Black too

Your FPJ resonance is incredible! With FPj, they make so few (1000 / year) and demand is sooooo very high! You have 2x the opportunity than an MB&F (450 / year). Did you get allocation for a Kari V?
It must be frustrating.
But FP at least communicates. I’ve been on so many lists at ADs from Rolex to Patek to AP where no one will ever contact you at all… even if you buy something undesirable from them… I’ve met many watch collectors at FPJ events that haven’t had an allocation but keep coming to events to be a part of the community. I think that really helps. But again, understand your frustration.
Wasteful visits through the years
From 2012 to 2020 I sporadically visited FPJ boutiques (Geneve twice, NYC twice, Miami, Paris) and each time I was unable to purchase a Chrono Souveraine and expressed that desire to the associate but each time rebuffed for not consistently visiting the same location. I do not live anywhere near those boutiques and rarely find myself in those cities but when I am in those locations I always go to Journe. It's impossible. But I've learn to appreciate Journe from afar.

Got the e-mail yesterday.
No allocation for the 2nd year in a row. I've been a Journe collector for 8 years and received 5 pieces in the first 6 years. Looks like things have changed!
Getting 5 pieces in 6 years is amazing.
I think it also depends on your wish list. Some watches are obviously more difficult to get than others.

I think their priorities have changed.
The pieces I have are not the very high ends ones (those over 100K), and I got most when they were still relatively affordable. Back then, you could walk into a boutique and find a CB available for sale. I have the impression they are more interested in new clients with deep pockets than those who have been loyal to the brand for years, but who don't have the 100K+ pieces on their wish list.
I never got a letter from FP Journe
but I did walk into the boutique in New York and walk out with this (18 years ago, for $18k, slightly used)

Yes, I stupidly traded it for a car (the inverse of swapping my Jag for the UN Perpetual). I drove this car for 150,000 miles and sold it for a good price, but nothing like what the FPJ would bring now.

I was lucky enough to get a positive mail from them . Still need to wait till end of next year to collect.
