A very appealing piece I must say....
Only thing that holds me from chasing one is the fluted bezel as it is a little shiny for me... if it had a smooth or flat bezel I would be all over it !

If it had a flat bezel you wouldn't be able to use the Ring Command system operated through the bezel. [nt]

Liked it visually and for its complication but it’s too thick ....
.... and too top-heavy which made it uncomfortable to wear. So sold it a long time ago and no regrets since then. Best, V.

I like it, especially in this dial color, but I would really love this complication in something a little more sporty (and perhaps 40mm). Maybe a smooth bezel or one with ridges like the sport watches to help turn instead of the fluted. [nt]

Love this Rolex
The most interesting experience of setting a watch that I have had thus far (including Ochs & junior perpetual). I find it to wear very comfortably on my 7.5" wrist and legibility is good. The blue dial is awesome, I have the black.

It is actually an enjoyable experience to set and wearing it is comfortable.

Nothing in the line will top that Daytona. I have the 116509-blue dial and it does make the Sky D feel not nearly as significant on the wrist. Can only imagine the heft/feel of the platinum. Enjoy, Happy holidays
