I still find the size difference too glaring to make direct comparisons
Something like the Sea-Dweller 43 is a more natural alternative given that the PO is still far thicker and larger in every other dimension than a Submariner.

That’s simply the order I prefer, based on my personal taste, including the finishing of the case, bracelet and movement, the pleasure of wearing it, and ultimately what I just find the most beautiful.
For me, no comparison because I don't like the hands on the Omega.
If I was doing an Omega it would be this one....white or blue.
Preface by saying I would need to see and try the new Omega
but I’d be inclined to go with it, not the least because I own two LVs in 5 and 6 digit and haven’t had a burning desire to add a sub on top. The new Omega has attracted my curiosity and maybe I’ll get to see one soon ✅
