after a mad scramble of plains, trains, and automobiles I was lucky enough to collect my 5370P yesterday , i believe it might be the first one out as PPUK were kind enough to ship it out to my AD a couple days early to help with my schedule.
loving it so far !!! the harking back to another time really speaks to me, with the size and robustness of a modern piece.

I have never seen this watch in metal but ordered it a longish time ago. It's good to see that Patek started deliveries and it gives me comfort that the ordered watch will come. One day...

Why do you wear a bracelet with such a good watch? It will scratch the watch and it simply looks so much better on its own.
Sorry , been a crazy few days running around Europe
and this weekend is one of the worlds biggest gtg so I'm sure at least a couple of the pro photographers will capture it much better than than I.
Sorry had to set up a new account , but I've been here rather a long time , though I don't really post much.
As for the bracelet , wow , talk about bossy ... How about if I pay for the watch , I get to choose how and when I wear it ? And if you pay for it , you can choose ? Fair deal ? To be fair the reason it is on is because I'm wearing the 5370 on my right wrist and a much rarer and valuable vintage Rolex on my left with the bracelets but I can't take a photo very well with my left !!!!

If I wanted the watch to stay Nos , treated as an investment and not be enjoyed it would still be double sealed in the safe and an absolute waste of a killer piece that had received a rapturous welcome from the crowd gathered here.

and you get a good, clean, easy to read chronograph - like the 5170G!
