Surprise 2* Michelin lunch organised by my darling
Today my lovely wife organised a surprise birthday lunch at my favourite restaurant, De Pastorale, run by the super talented chef Bart De Pooter. Let the pictures speak for itself. I decided to go for the Vega Sicilia Unico 1968 which is probably the only wine from my vintage that is truly spectacular.
