Guilloché in the morning: Breguet Classique 5967 'Art Deco Damier'
I never tire of the guilloché work on this dial, enhanced, I think, by the relatively large (41 mm), extra-flat case, 2-hand layout, and narrow bezel.
Released in 2009, I
think, and while I don't think it was a limited edition, it wasn't in
production for very long. I suppose some might turn their noses up at a
"classical dress watch" of this diameter, but 1) the movement completely
fills the case, and 2) I don't know that the proportions would work on
anything much smaller.
Such a cool large Breguet, Modernahab!

Funny, because I am not a big guy. (5’7”, 150 lbs.) I do have a 7” wrist, and quite flat, so I seem to do OK with watches much bigger than this: Portugieser Perpetual Calendar, GO Senator Cosmopolite, A & S Time Pyramid (all +/-44 mm). A full-size Radiomir does test my limits, though! (Straight lugs an all…) ;-)

I wasn’t prepared to see a large, classical, hand-wound movement - I was expecting to see one of the smaller automatics based off the F Piguet Cal 71, with the slightly-eccentric rotor. The movement takes this from “nice” to “ooooooooh!”. Enjoy!!!
