Don't know if many have had the chance to see one yet but I think it is uber cool. It is targeted to the golfer or anyone who does extreme sports or activities with lots of G forces since the movement was made to be uber resistant to shock. I really like the movement architecture as well. It is also super light, less than 50g with the strap and wears extremely well measuring at 41mm. Cannot forget to mention that it also has a unique crown mechanism that recesses the crown into the case when not in use so it is flush to the case, VERY cool feature and especially useful for sports activities. Since I am a golf fanatic, it definitely is up my alley and triggers my sensibilities.
The problem I see is the marketing of this amazing watch as none of the professional golfers sponsored by Omega wear this watch on or off the course. Maybe I should talk to Omega corporate as I would love to be their guinea pig and rock this watch each and every time I play a round. Hell, I would even make some complimentary photos and videos for them to use for their marketing campaign ππ.
Jokes aside, I find it uber cool but the price will definitely be a barrier to entry for most as it nears 50k euros π€·ββοΈ. Guess this is the closest Omega wants to get to a Richard Mille type of watch.
What say you all?
