I guess the only way to get factory finish polishing is sending the watch back to Switzerland. I've heard some great stories about how IWC is able to restore cases to like new condition.

I wasn't really sure to expect for polishing so I thought I might give it a try. Probably wont do it again for future watches though! I'm glad the softening of the lines is just very slight. This piece is definitely a keeper=)
