Might I suggest clearing out your Richemont branded collection too?
All the service centers are quite bad and I hear the Richemont service center in Singapore is quite poor as well.
Fortunately for me, Patek Philippe in New York City is definitely sufficient, and Lange service with Alkis in New York City is very very good.

I’ve had a number of less than ideal experience with the service centre in KL. Smudges on returned watches. New scratches. Misaligned pushers on my Omega. On the upside, the counter staff are pretty good.
