I stayed in Hong Kong for over twenty years and used to service all my watches in Hong Kong until 4 years' ago when I moved back to Singapore for family reason and brought with me all my watches (I have a collection of close to 70 watches) to Singapore. H... 

Did you mean to say you sold all of those watches because of the bad experience? I can’t blame you and have done the same before. I have to say that as soon as the lady showed that she had no idea what an omega speedmaster is I would have just walked out.... 

They didn't say a word ! This reflects how bad their working attitude is !

I’ve had a number of less than ideal experience with the service centre in KL. Smudges on returned watches. New scratches. Misaligned pushers on my Omega. On the upside, the counter staff are pretty good.

All the service centers are quite bad and I hear the Richemont service center in Singapore is quite poor as well. Fortunately for me, Patek Philippe in New York City is definitely sufficient, and Lange service with Alkis in New York City is very very good... 

Yeah, I have cleared almost all my Richemont watches too........

Rolex Service in San Francisco is quite good too! The team is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I will just send my Omegas to their boutiques, that way I know it will be handled by the professionals. Sorry to hear such an experience. Rgds Raymond

Stay cool. I wasn'r happy with Chopard. So, I stopped buying. But, I still have the nice watches.
