Did you mean to say you sold all of those watches because of the bad experience? I can’t blame you and have done the same before. I have to say that as soon as the lady showed that she had no idea what an omega speedmaster is I would have just walked out....

I’ve had a number of less than ideal experience with the service centre in KL. Smudges on returned watches. New scratches. Misaligned pushers on my Omega. On the upside, the counter staff are pretty good.
Might I suggest clearing out your Richemont branded collection too?

All the service centers are quite bad and I hear the Richemont service center in Singapore is quite poor as well. Fortunately for me, Patek Philippe in New York City is definitely sufficient, and Lange service with Alkis in New York City is very very good...

Stay cool. I wasn'r happy with Chopard. So, I stopped buying. But, I still have the nice watches.
