they’re taking deposits on the upcoming Snoopy.  My AD called and asked if I wanted to.  The only consistent info between what she says and another forum’s postings say is that it’s a limited production (not LE).  Otherwise, she didn’t know what final price, or if gold, steel, mix, etc.  Other sites say their ADs say it’s this or that.  But it all seems to be hearsay.  Regardless, at least many more people will have a chance to have a Snoopy this time around, if they fancy having one.

Hi all, Here in the UK they are not taking deposits and at the Omega Boutique within a larger watch store were I got my Apollo 8 from last year I was speaking to the same consultant that served me with my Apollo 8 and according to her so not really facts ...

they said boutique likely for first couple of months then distribution will open up to ADs too. Seems a bit arbitrary, so it may be that motivated ADs can also get (or reserve) one for their customers from start. Hope that helps.

Especially since the deposit is refundable, why not just take payments once the watch is released? Because final price not known, nor watch seen, a number of people may actually decline. So it would be just more efficient to wait. It is what it is. No big...
