I would be hard pressed to pick one...
but if I had to, it would be the new PloProf. Followed closely by the AT GMT Chronograph (in gold even more desirable) or the Alaska Project (if you still consider that new) which even though I'd love an orginal vintage one I will never find so I'd settle for the new one very happily.
Just my taste I suppose but there you have it.
