You know the Speedmaster CK 2998 limited edition in blue / white very well: Launched in 2016 in a limited edition of 2998 pieces ( which always made me laugh ), this piece was warmly welcomed, and that is fair, as it looks very appealing, and it revisits ...

Both are sporty in different way. But Panda is simply more versatile and accentuated

I am a sucker for red accents on a chrono. And No Date. Lost interest in most of Omega’s offerings over the years but these two are very fresh indeed. I think if Omega offered a nice bracelet alternative with the new panda, it would definitely make me wan... 

The problem is that you have to buy the bracelet separately at additional full retail cost. I think it looks great on the Omega bracelet.

Also, the full tachymeter of the 2016 is lumed, and that variant clearly excels in the dark from the perspective of unexpected surprise-and-delight features. Best, Tim

Although that one is separated from the 2016 and 2018 by a few years, it seems to be the origin of the current series of straight-lug 39.7mm Speedmasters. The newer watches are more imaginative than that "Numbered Series," but the older watch feels like i... 

... it is one of the most interesting modern version offered by Omega of the classic Speedy. Now the new black and white variant I find very attractive as well: the black subdials and minutes scale and the red touch on model name and seconds hands and the... 

The legibility may be a tad worse but the coolness, together with the lillipop of the seconds hand make it my favourite.

A certain differentiation was necessary and done well in this case

Slightly different than most chronographs. And I prefer tachymetre scales to pulsations-more of a race car feel. The new one is very attractive, though.

Seeing as how going to the doctor's office puts a frown on my face, and watching an F1 or Indy Car race puts a smile on my face...Tachymetre for me!

Don’t see may of these in the wild tho... What are your thoughts on this one guys? ...  

Would love to see a precious metal version with the cal. 321 resurrected. I think it could be justified...

But if forced to choose, I think the Pulsations model is my favorite. Loved it in pictures. Hopefully the same feeling if I get to see it in the flesh. Not very limited, but I don't care about those things. More pieces for watch lovers, which is a good th...

But I think I prefer the blue one which I own. gave it a thought on ordering the black one when I saw the news but quickly discarded the idea as first of all I try to avoid having twice the same movement (not always possible to resist) and the black versi... 

I know them both. They are very different in a way. The elegant blue 🐼 and the rather sporty black 🐼 . Both very nice!! But: One step back: Personally I find the case of the FOIS to thick in respect to its diameter. Also my view of a panda does not contai...

Not only I've always found the blue version really successfull, but the black one doesn't meet my taste: I find out of place the pulsometer scale on a Speedmaster, it's really a pity having lost the "lollipop" seconds hand and I in general dislike the per... 

I would put my chips on black!

I fell in love with the blue version as soon as it was unveiled at BaselWorld in 2016. I bought one and it is one of my all-time favorite watches. Go blue!

I prefer the blue overall, but would love to have pulsation so dial.

However, the new one has pulsation which is weird to me as the watch is speedmaster. A tachymeter is much more fitting. So for that, I would pick the blue one.
