As for another smaller edition ( 47mm ) of the Egiziano, actually, I wouldn't be surprised in a not close future to see it released, if Panerai sees the enthusiasm for the 60mm model...
We saw so many variations from the same song, like the 127 which became in its destro version the 217, for example, or the 64 which became blue with the 87, and some other few examples...

a smaller 47 (if they would ever think about it) won't be the same. the Egiziano was and therefore must be 60 mm. But as you said, how do you wear such a watch ? Imo it is THE collectors item, and if you allow me I think it's even more special than the 20...

but I don't know if it'll be a really big hit because this watch is 60mm. The only people who I think will buy it are flippers and the really die-hard Panerai fans who appreciate Panerai's history. Everyone else who buys this piece will probably eventuall...
