if i compare the 47mm case size between the Luminor 1950 case Vs Radiomir case, the Radiomir will be thin & flat on wrist but the 'dial' real estate is quite bigger than Luminors.
my wrist size is same as you, both Radiomir & Luminor case are comfortable - not too big.

Yes, my friend, of course you are right about the natural Panerai abundance. I could see both the 372 and the 721 side by side and I had the illusion the 721 was a tad bigger.

I think it has to do with the domed plexiglass....
that has a magnifying effect, much like the 294 or the 379 vs 232....on top of the "thinner" bezel...
