Pam 721 help

Aug 22, 2019,20:55 PM

Have my eye on the Pam 721. I have seven inch wrists. It’s a 47mm. Radiomir and my understanding is they look a little smaller due to lugs. Anyhow, any opinions?

 How is the movement?
 Size ok for my wrists?
Thanks !!!

Here are some google pix I found

you are able to try it on yourself at an AD or Boutique. While the 47 mm wire-lug Radiomirs wear smaller than the solid-lug 47 mm Rads and especially the 47 mm Luminors, they are still 47 mm. It might not be your cup of tea on the wrist. No issues with th...

It looks great on your wrist

So many watch photos are taken from too close a perspective but your second picture shows how it will look from a typical distance. I'm very happy with the movement -- no problems after several years with any PAMs I've had with this movement. Seek quality...

Look at yourself with the 721 on a full length mirror..

And you'll be surpised at how good it looks on you. Judging from your 2nd photo, you're EASILY able to pull it off. Looking at it straight up from the wrist like in the 3rd photo usually makes it look bigger from your point of view. To illustrate, I have ...

try in metal...pictures will not be a good estimation

if i compare the 47mm case size between the Luminor 1950 case Vs Radiomir case, the Radiomir will be thin & flat on wrist but the 'dial' real estate is quite bigger than Luminors. my wrist size is same as you, both Radiomir & Luminor case are comforta...

Does this mean that none of those pics is your wrist? If so, what is your wrist size? Mine is 7.25" (18.5 cm) and the 721 fits just right. Sorry, I do not have a head on shot to post. ...

wonders the same thing...is this watch too big? I believe that, unless you have a...bread-stick-like...wrist it comes down to...attitude. I have several 47mm Panerai and I never measured my wrist. You like it, you buy it. BTW I deleted the "money part" si...

the angle contributes to making it look a tad big. But the central picture is the one, the restores the balance. From the side the lugs "shoot" out of the wrist, whereas from the top it looks pretty ok to me. But even if it were a bit on the..abundant sid...

This discussion about the size is really interesting.

You know that I have a 721 and as well some other watches. I am wearing my 721 as my business watch as it’s thinner that the others. The 721 never appears to me as a big or bigger or too big watch. So this discussion is really surprising me. It wears as w...

I think it has to do with the domed plexiglass....

Had mine for 2 months now and love the watch. I have a small wrist but with the very balanced overall package,... it’s looks amazing. Glad you ordered the PAM 721 and besides, it’s one of the most controversial modern Panerai watch, why not?! ...
