If you are having lingering doubts don't pull the trigger until

you are able to try it on yourself at an AD or Boutique. While the 47 mm wire-lug Radiomirs wear smaller than the solid-lug 47 mm Rads and especially the 47 mm Luminors, they are still 47 mm. It might not be your cup of tea on the wrist.
No issues with the movement. In my experience the P.3000 is one of the better "in-house" Panerai movements made for them by Val Fleurier, which is the movement supplier for Richemont's brands. The ability to set the hour hand independently in one-hour jumps forwards or backwards makes it a great travel watch. And the 3-day autonomy saves you from unscrewing the crown (less wear) and winding everyday.
No ideas on secondary market pricing as I got mine new. Do your own research on eBay, the various sales forums and chrono24.
I bought mine direct from Panerai's (USA) online store.
Edit: Just remembered it's not a current model. So maybe try on a similar 47 mm wire-lug Radiomir at an AD or Boutique.
