I would have a 289, 360, and a 372. You can also choose vintage i.e, 6152-1, 6154, 3646, etc.

Honestly, can't see which of the Moderns can beat these...

By now, I have so many Panerais that.....
questions like yours, provoke a sense of anxiety in me. I can't imagine "disposing" of a 36 or 217 or 26B...and limiting myself to 3...I'm already drenched in cold sweat....cruel, your question....hahahahahahaha Cheers - Sergio
