straps are a lot more "personal" than watches themselves. I've seen some true abominations, my taste of course, in posts where the owners went goo-goo-gaa-gaa about their wear. Go figure. Back to the post, there's an OEM black, sawn buckle, black calf with white stitching, the buckle 26mm wintage like, that should fit your 292 perfectly. Unfortunately I can't load pictures otherwise I'd show you and I don't have the reference number of the thing. I use it for my "whitie" (5812-207A) and it's just a great strap. IMO though, the best straps for black PAMs are not....black but light brown, like the original PAVs on the Pre-V and Pre-A stuff (202A, 203A, 009)....

I got one last year, they are not easy to get but stunning and so soft. I havn't put it on yet as I also got the Assoultemente as I wanted a brown strap at the time. Do you want a deep black as this is more grey..? It's also not cheap..! Yours, Andy....

You should be able to get them from an authorized Panerai dealer, the black JV strap was hard to get and there was talk of them stopping it but I think it's still available. Good luck in getting one :). Which watch is it for..? Yours, Andy.

....I went to BH boutique and they said they only made the gold one....guess it's gonna make it even harder to get..
