I would say
both you & your fiancee got excellent taste. I do think PAM233 is the way to go and it's definitely worth the effort to go for it if that's what speaks to you. And your fiancee can always wear your PAM51 which would make a perfect couple w/ the PAM233? With the 210 in the stable I think you're definitely ready for the in-house movement! Or the other alternative is to sell your PAM51 and trade up to the PAM233?
